Qualifying Summary[/u]
Group 1: Santo, Lukow, Callista, Dubois, Opet, Glaston
- It's all close between the first few cars out, but Opet manages to put the others in the shade (see Screenshot1)!
Group 2: Walton, Northcutt, Cederberg, Hawn, Concini, Blanc
- Blanc comes out of the pits right behind Walton and the Frenchman's lap is ruined!
- Concini, Hawn and Cederberg are all incredibly fast...but not fast enough.
Group 3: Bliss, Mrazik, Okihara, Heppert, Dimoulakis, Adauto
- Adauto and Mrazik are scrapping on the track and compromising each others laps (see Screenshot2)! The Teamo driver is furious at the Brazillian!
- Dimoulakis can't match his team-mate's pace and has to settle for provisional 7th.
Group 4: Thiery, Karpstein, Gones, Helkonnen
- Helkonnen is looking fast, can he take pole? No, he can only manage 2nd (see Screenshot3)!
- Jere Opet maintains the fastest time to take his second consequitive pole position!

Notes[/u]
- Mrazik losing time could be very costly for Teamo as they had a very poor qualifying and will start 15th and 22nd. In comparison Team Pingu, their direct championship rivals, will be starting 5th and 8th. Teamo will have their work cut out as Team Pingu only need to score two more points than them to retake the championship lead with only 7 races to go.
- Talking of the championship battle, Team Lucifer look to be well in the hunt as they will start 2nd and 10th. Because of Teamo's poor performance, all they need to do is score more points than Team Pingu to keep their hopes alive.
- Lisa F1 on the other hand look to be slipping away. Already a handful of points back from the title race now, they will be starting 17th and 18th. Not a good situation when you ideally need to be winning.
- The new, chassis-heavy, F1N Racing car seems to have been a wise move so far as Jere Opet has taken pole position for the last two races.
- PharmaOne look set for a promising race lining up 4th and 6th as does the Whizzbanger driver, Luigi Concini, in 3rd. Can he finally put his bad luck behind him and get a good result?
