Teamo were out in Malaysia today with their new driver pairing of Eddie Glaston (GBR) and Kristofer Mrazik (RUS). Although this was just an unofficial test to check the car was in working order and there was no need to drive fast, Glaston was intent on going to the limit...so much so that he lost control of the car, span and very nearly went side-on into an armco barrier. The team were not happy with his performance and it is believed they may stop him from performing in any further shakedown runs.

After their failed initial run in Bahrain, Team Lucifer sent over Kari Kelkonnen (FIN) to take over driving duties from Kraig Lukow (GBR) after his car set on fire earlier this week. No such problems were reported during this shakedown and the car appeared to be in good working order.

Also in action today were Lisa F1 who took to the Surfer's Paradise circuit in the streets of Australia. Like the other teams, Lisa F1 were just performing a few laps to check that the car ran correctly, no times were being kept and both drivers, Anthony Northcutt (GBR) and Jackson Thiery (AUS), did not have much to report back about the performance of the car.

From one set of streets to another, the newly formed VirginTR team were out in Phoenix, America, today to give their car a few laps mileage at the temporary street circuit. As usual, the press were present at the event and managed to get us the following shots of Patrick Walton (GBR) and Emmi Giancarlo (ITA) in action.

Although the F1N Racing team have had their car completed for a while now, they could not test at the Greek 'Serres' track until eariler today due to safety modifications being made to the circuit. Once the work was completed though, Nathanael Dimoulakis (GRE) was sent out to perform a quick shakedown run and evaluate the car.

With all preperations now finished, the Bramall team rolled their 'star cars' out onto the Montreal track this morning to perform a few shakedown laps and to evaluate the car. At the wheel were Fernando Callista (ESP) and Adinaldo Adauto (BRA) who both reported good handling around the Canadian track and said they looked forward to driving in the season.

With all the other teams having completed an initial run, it was left to the PharmaOne team to claim the title of "last one out". Earlier today they sent their new signing, Jan Cederberg (NED), out to the Catalunya track in Spain to get a few laps under his belt and test the systems in the car. No problems were reported and the team are looking to be in good shape.

All the teams have now evaluated their cars and given them a quick run! Over the next few days, a couple of testing sessions will take place (basically just mock qualifying runs) so make sure you check up on the results section!
